Licensed in 1978, Maria has embarked on her real estate career as a full service agent with great enthusiasm!  Her love of working with people, helping them find the home of their dreams, settling in new neighborhoods, and making new friends, grew out of her own experience starting at a very early age.

Born in the Netherlands, Maria and her family immigrated to the United States when she was 10 years old, settling in a small town in Washington State.  From then on into her adult life Maria has moved 28 times. Each move was an adventure, and an opportunity to see new places, and make more friends!  Through her own experience,
 she knows the emotions involved in relocating a family.

Finding her clients the right house at the right price in the right place has taken her sales and leasing management experiences to Metro Atlanta's surrounding counties of Fulton, Dekalb, Forsyth, Cherokee, Gwinnett, Dawson, Cobb, Douglass, and Hall, where her property sales consist  of   estate and single family homes, farms, foreclosures, townhouses, cluster homes, lakefront properties, investor's portfolios, vacation and mountain properties.  Her knowledge, and wealth of experience is a valuable asset in the home buying, leasing and selling process.

Maria' offers a wide variety of services to her clients, taking them through the steps of preparing the home for sale in  working with contractors, painters, landscapers, inspectors, cleaning services, and  home staging to  bring the home to its optimum condition in order to
 obtain the highest price possible.

Often times,out of state  relatives of a deceased homeowner find it difficult to manage  the preparation and sale of the estate once it has been probated.    Maria offers  complete
estate sale services of the property, furnishings and other assets.

As part of her civic responsibilities, Maria contributes her time by raising awareness and financial support to Georgia Transplant Association, (Husband, Rich, is a heart  transplant recipient) \ the Children's Miracle Network, American Institute for Cancer Research, the American Heart Association, and the Susan G. Komen  Foundation.
